PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush for industrial use for washing and polishing the surface of a workpiece and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: At first, brush bristles are arranged so as to avoid overlapping with each other. Next, a bristle fixing portion is provided at the upper or the lower part of the brush bristles by means of at least a plurality of rows of weaving or braiding with respect to their arranging direction.
