A camera module is provided to have a mechanical structure for minimizing the bulk of the camera module when the camera module is driven by an actuator type. A body of a lens holder(40) in which a lens assembly(48) is mounted is formed as a bobbin assembly(42) formed as a magnetic core and a coil, and a certain magnetic field is generated in a lens module. A VCM(Voice Coil Module) driving part has a yoke assembly(44) and a pad. The yoke assembly reacts with the bobbin assembly and drives the lens module. The pad supplies an electric signal to the bobbin assembly. An IR(Infrared Ray) filter located in a lower part of a lens filters an IR. An image sensor part performs the imaging of a picked-up optical image.
