A cooking apparatus using microwave is provided to apply heat generated from a heating unit uniformly to trays in a cooking chamber through the convection of air. A cooking apparatus using microwave includes a tray body(50) and a shield member(52). The tray bodies, each having an opening, are arranged in multiple layers in a cooking chamber(3). The shield member is mounted on the tray body to close the opening and allow microwave to be transmitted through the opening.
