<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which controls deterioration in performance, and traces and specifies a leakage source easily, when there is leakage of confidential information. <P>SOLUTION: A job log generating/storing portion 250 generates a job log (Start) when it receives a job, and the job log (Start) is transmitted to a job log management server 4. A log image preparing portion 251 generates a part of log image, from an image to be managed by the job within an actual time until the job is output or within a prediction time and transmits it to the job log management server 4. Once the output of the job is completed, the job log generating/storing portion 250 generate a job log (completion) and transmits it to the job log management server 4.
