<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for blotting nucleic acid capable of clear blotting, in a short time, and to provide a kit for the same. <P>SOLUTION: This method for blotting nucleic acid is provided, by arranging a hermetically closed system of a buffer solution vessel containing a water-absorbing substance B containing the buffer solution (a) for the blotting as a saturated state, at the lower part of an electrophoretic gel (c) containing the nucleic acid isolated by electrophoresis; overlapping a membrane (d) for the blotting on the electrophoretic gel (c); further arranging a water-absorbing material (f) above the upper part of it; and making the buffer solution (a) for blotting absorb, by the capillary action of the water-absorbing material, arranged at the upper part so as to make the nucleic acid which is isolated on the electrophoresis gel transfer to the membrane (d) for blotting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
