<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive oxide powder enabling the used amount of indium to be reduced and having ultraviolet light shielding effect. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive oxide powder is obtained by firing a raw material containing indium element, one or more kinds of transition metal elements selected from Ti, Mn, Ni and Cu and tin element under a reducing atmosphere and/or an inert gas atmosphere, wherein the ratio of indium element, the transition metal elements and tin element occupied in total atom excluding oxygen is respectively 20 mol%<indium element<99.99 mol%, 0.005 mol%<transition metal elements<50 mol% and 0.005 mol%<tin element<50 mol%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
