TREATMENT APPARATUS OF VOC GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of a VOC gas constituted so as to perform stable and economical operation while supplying a necessary minimum amount of nutriments by minimizing the amount of the nutriments flowing out along with drainage.

SOLUTION: In the treatment apparatus for collecting the exhaust gas a containing water soluble VOC and guiding the collected gas to a biological treatment tank 1 filled with carrier having microorganisms adhered thereto to biologically decompose the same, a storage water tank 15 for storing circulating water (c) containing the nutriments is provided on the bottom part of the biological treatment tank 1, a hopper like separation water tank 13 for receiving the washing water (d) falling from a carrier filling bed 11 is provided to the upper part of the storage water tank 15 and the solid substance of excess microorganisms or the like contained in the washing water (d) is sedimented on the bottom part of the separation water tank 13 while supernatant water containing the nutriments is allowed to overflow to the storage water tank 15 from the separation water tank 13.
