PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking filter for easily installing a blocking filter within a distribution panel, user terminal wall socket and modem and improving communication signal stability and maintainability by providing a small-sized blocking filter in high-speed power line communications. SOLUTION: The broadband blocking filter is configured by including a high-power inductor and a capacitor, a circuit pattern for electrically connecting the inductor and the capacitor; a printed circuit board on which the inductor and the capacitor are disposed and the circuit pattern is formed; and a case for housing the printed circuit board therein.
