PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document distribution system allowing reduction of labor when distributing document data to a plurality of opposite parties. SOLUTION: This document distribution system has: a storage part 16 having a folder provided in each user, storing document data transmitted/received by the user, and storing distribution destination data including information of a distribution destination and a file format of the document data when performing the distribution in a table format in each kind of a document; a conversion part 11 converting the document data requested with the distribution into the file format of the user of the distribution destination based on the distribution destination data; and a distribution part 12 distributing the document data requested with the distribution by making the folder for the user of the distribution destination of the storage part 16 store the document data in the file format of the distribution destination based on the distribution destination data.
