PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility equipment positioning sheet, capable of easily determining a rising position of a pipe to enhance the construction efficiency. SOLUTION: A triangular mark part 14 printed at a corner 13b of a sheet 13a is matched to an internal corner part 11a of a kitchen space 11 of a dwelling house 10, whereby the sheet 13a can be accurately laid without mistaking the depth direction D of the sheet 13a. Each sheath pipe 19 or the like is extended and matched to a pipe connected part such as a combination faucet 12b or gas equipment part 12d from just below with the pipe center being overlapped with each pipe guide indication 15, 16, 18 in a top view by fixing each rising part according to each pipe guide indication 15, 16, 18, whereby each pipe can be easily connected.
