PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a wall structure, compatible with both machining easiness and fracture resisting performance. SOLUTION: In an outer wall structure 10, an outer wall panel 11 includes: a rectangular tabular ceramic-base siding board 12 for forming an outer wall surface; a fracture resisting film 13 stuck to the whole back thereof; and a substrate frame 14. The fracture resisting film 13 is held and fixed between the ceramic-base siding board 12 and the substrate frame 14. In this case, a film layer X is formed by the fracture resisting film 13. As a structure on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 11, wooden bricks 23 are assembled to the substrate frame 14 of the outer wall panel 11, and a wooden frame 24 extending in the vertical direction is assembled to the interior side thereof. A plaster board 22 is assembled to the wooden frame 24. A heat insulating material 21 is interposed between the substrate frame 14 of the outer wall panel 11 and the plaster board 22.
