PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enabling a worker on a scaffolding board to easily fix cover part without depending on a heavy machine or the like. SOLUTION: Cover parts 20, 21 of a sheet material 1 are provided with a plurality of cutout from the tips to the base ends of the cover parts to allow a linear body to pass through so that the linear body passing through a plurality of holes of abutting sides of adjacent sheet materials can be fastened to a post of a scaffolding in a state of holding the cover parts covering a clearance between the abutting sides of the adjacent sheet materials, between the adjacent sheet materials and the post of the scaffolding.
