PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersion type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive which is free from repellence and contraction even in the case of directly coating on a releasing layer, is free from the formation of voids on the coated surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using the water dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive and to provide a method for producing the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. SOLUTION: The water dispersion type acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive has 5-18 [Pa s] of viscosity at low shear measured by a BM type viscometer with rotation of 6 rpm, and 2-5 [Pa s] of viscosity at high shear measured by a BM type viscometer with rotation of 60 rpm, and 2-5 of Ti value represented by Ti=(viscosity at 6 rpm/viscosity at 60 rpm) and less than 5 min of foam transferring time from the bottom to the top end measured in a plastic cylinder with 100 mm length and 18 mm of inner diameter 90% filled with the water dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive.
