PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer drum which has a simple structure, enables the inside of the drum body, including the rear sides of blades, to be efficiently washed in a job site and enables the remnants adhering to the inside of the drum body to be fully removed, and to provide a concrete mixer truck. SOLUTION: The mixer drum has the drum body, a driving controlling apparatus by which the drum body is rotated and controlled, and a hopper connected to the charging port of the drum body. At the circumferential face of the diameter-reducing part of the lower part of the drum body, there provided with are an opening for maintenance and an opening/closing lid to open/close it, and a part of the opening/closing lid is further provided with a free openable/closable cleaning hole.
