PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide screen printing equipment in which the receipt of a board from an upstream side device and the delivery of the board to a downstream side device can be favorably executed without aligning ends of conveying rails, and to provide a board conveying method in the screen printing equipment. SOLUTION: In the screen printing equipment M2 which is equipped with the printing conveying rails 8a movable in XYZθ-directions and both ends of the printing conveying rails 8a are kept to closely be surrounded by printing equipment covers 31, a first conveying rail position at which upstream side ends of the printing conveying rails 8a are aligned with upstream side conveying rails 32, and a second conveying rail position at which the downstream side ends of the printing conveying rails 8a are aligned with downstream side conveying rails 33 are stored as positional shifting data (ΔY1 andΔZ1) and (ΔY2 andΔZ2) in order to decide aligning parameters, thus enabling the alignment between the upstream side and the downstream side by moving the printing conveying rails 8a based on these aligning parameters in a board conveying operation.
