PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain prevention device which is excellent in handleability substituting a stain preventing implement in a belly band shape to be worn on clothes by a cook since its appearance is not good while oil sometimes splashes to the front and a failure of staining the clothes of the cook due to the oil splash or the like occurs when cooking at the stove. SOLUTION: A support member 2 freely pulled out and bent upwards in a pulled-out state is provided on the lower surface of a counter top CT, a stain prevention screen wound around inside a main body 1 is attached to a holding member 3 disposed at the front end of the support member 2, and the stain prevention screen 1 is pulled out from the main body 1.
