A method for recycling the waste bumper and waste door of an automobile, and an apparatus for recycling the waste bumper and waste door of an automobile are provided to remove the paint coated on the waste bumper and waste door of an automobile, thereby allowing the waste bumper and door to be recycled effectively. A method for recycling the waste bumper and waste door of an automobile comprises the steps of adding a paint removing agent comprising 50-80 wt% of methylene chloride having a purity of 97-99 % and 20-50 wt% of chloroform having a purity of 97-99 % to a removing bath, and filling the upper part with water; putting the unpulverized waste bumper and door of an automobile in a container made of a net, and injecting it into the removing bath; removing a paint by the ultrasonic wave vibration; and discharging the waste bumper and door of an automobile where a paint is removed.
