PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling time estimation device, capable of accurately estimating a traveling locus even from less information obtained from a probe vehicle, and efficiently estimating a sectional traveling time with a small number of probe vehicles. SOLUTION: The traveling time estimation device 1 is adapted to estimate a sectional traveling time in a specific section based on traveling information collected from a probe vehicle 2 which transmits traveling information showing its own position and traveling state with time information. In this device, a traveling locus is formed based on the traveling information, the traveling locus in the specific section is stored, a sectional traveling time statistic model in the specific section corresponding to the traveling locus is formed based on the stored traveling locus, a sectional traveling time estimation model in the specific section corresponding to the traveling locus is formed based on the sectional traveling time statistic model and the formed traveling locus, and a sectional traveling time is determined from this sectional traveling time estimation model.
