<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture card with built-in module that has a display element as an electronic part and exposes a display part of the display element to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A window substrate 10 comprises an intermediate layer 13 having a window part 12 of transparent resin and a colored part 11 of colored resin surrounding the window part 12, and transparent first and second substrates 14 and 15 for sandwiching the intermediate layer 13. The card 20 with built-in module comprises a module 23 having the display element 22, an adhesive layer 24 for covering the module 23, and a pair of third and fourth substrates 27 and 28 for sandwiching the module 23 via the adhesive layer 24.
