SEMICONDUCTOR MEMORY CARD, HOST DEVICE AND DATA TRANSFER METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory card reducing influence of noise in data transfer.

SOLUTION: This semiconductor memory card 100 has: a first operation mode to transfer data in a four-bit unit by use of DAT0 to DAT3 terminals; and a second operation mode to transfer the data in one-bit unit by use of the DAT0 terminal. In the second operation mode, the DAT1 terminal transfers a logic inversion signal generated by inputting a signal on a bus B0 related to the data transfer using the DAT0 terminal to a logic operation part 15, the DAT2 terminal transfers a signal having a half transfer rate, generated by inputting the signal on the bus B0 related to the data transfer using the DAT0 terminal to a transfer rate conversion part 16, and the DAT3 terminal transfers a logic inversion signal having the half transfer rate, generated by inputting the signal on the bus B0 related to the data transfer using the DAT0 terminal to the logic operation part 15 and the transfer rate conversion part 16.
