<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure between electric wire strands and a water cut-off method between electric wire strands, capable of causing the workability to be improved and providing the work improvement, thereby providing the advantage on the cost aspect and eliminating the waste. <P>SOLUTION: In the water cut-off structure between electric wire strands and the water cut-off method between electric wire strands, the water cut-off structure between electric wire strands cuts off between electric wires 13 of a wire harness 14 having a plurality of electric wires 13 with a core wire 11 housed in a covering section 12, and includes an electric wire insulator 15 for supporting the electric wire 13.
