<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive lightning receiving part having high reliability for catching lightning and providing lightning protection with a little aerodynamic influence, in a blade for a wind turbine composed in an aerofoil section shape out of non-conductive plate material such as FRP. <P>SOLUTION: The lightning receiving part 3 composed of conductive material projects out of a non-conductive outer plate 2.
