PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit design support device capable of improving working efficiency by easy operation. SOLUTION: This circuit design support device has: an element symbol library 107 storing attribute values and symbols of a plurality of elements configuring a circuit; element arrangement panel setting data 108 holding information about an element arrangement panel having element arrangement buttons, and the attribute and the symbol arranged in a design circuit diagram when selecting the element arrangement button; a display part 101 displaying the design circuit diagram; input parts 102, 103 each performing an element arrangement button selection instruction and an element arrangement position instruction inside the design circuit diagram; an editing part 111 taking out the symbol of the element corresponding to the selected element arrangement button from the element symbol library, imparting the attribute associated by the element arrangement panel setting data, and outputting design circuit diagram data arranged with the element set with the taken-out symbol and attribute value into the design circuit diagram; and a circuit diagram data holding part 109 imparted with the design circuit diagram data, storing them.
