PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardener for a mild solvent-type fluororesin coating having excellent solubility to a mild solvent and good reactivity with a fluororesin polyol and a two pack-type fluororesin coating using the hardener. SOLUTION: The hardener for a mild solvent-type fluororesin coating contains a polyisocyanurate material comprising a polyisocyanurate of hexamethylene diisocyanates and/or a polyisocyanurate of hexamethylene diisocyanates containing urethane bonds and a norbornane diisocyanate, and has a content of free hexamethylene diisocyanates of≤0.3 mass%.
