PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine capable of outputting effective middle high pitched and low pitched sound from left and right speakers provided on the upper part and the lower part respectively. SOLUTION: In this Pachinko game machine, an upper speaker 144b is formed so as to be a speaker structure wherein the front surface part faces the back surface of a speaker cover 147b provided on a door frame 5 and the rear part passes through notched parts 18 for the speaker notched at the upper left and right of a game board 4 and faces the rear space of the game board installation recessed part of a main body frame 3. Thus, the restriction of the attaching position of the upper speaker 144b is substantially mitigated, and sound quality is improved by attaching the speaker for middle high pitched sound in a sufficient size. Also, since formation is performed so as to be a bass reflex type speaker structure built in the internal space of a tray unit as the lower speaker at the lower left and right, the sound for which a low pitched range is emphasized is effectively generated.
