An opening and closing type fall prevention fence structure and a construction method of an opening and closing type fall prevention fence structure are provided to perform installation work easily between a post and a post by assembling a wire rope of an assembly structure to a fixing structure of an H-beam post, to perform dismantlement work effectively by dismantling an opening and closing door for removing falling stones and a wire rope of an assembly structure easily, to improve efficiency at a falling stone removal work by widening a working space, to absorb the kinetic energy of falling stones by reaction effectively by adding tensile force to a wire rope of an assembly structure with a turnbuckle, and to remove falling stones accumulated on a pocket of a concrete retaining wall by dismantling an opening and closing door for removing falling stones freely. An opening and closing type fall prevention fence structure comprises an opening and closing door(50) for removing falling stones, a fixing structure(10) of an H-beam post, a wire rope(20) of an assembly structure or a steel bar, wherein the opening and closing door for removing falling stones is composed of a horizontal frame(52) and a vertical frame(54), and a wire net(40) is installed in the frames. The fixing structure of the H-beam post is fixed with a connection plate(14) by using a fastening bolt(16) or welding to form a space while a fixing member(12) covers an H-beam post. The wire rope of an assembly structure is connected with a connection member having a hook(222) and a connector(224), wherein the wire rope is connected to the connector. A construction method of an opening and closing door for removing falling stones by an opening and closing type fall prevention fence structure comprises the steps of: installing fixing members to two posts where an opening and closing door for removing falling stones is to be installed; connecting a connection member having a connector and a hook to a wire rope of an assembly structure; inserting the hook of the wire rope to a space of a fixing structure of an H-beam post; and fixing an opening and closing door for removing falling stones to the wire rope using a wire(42) or a ∪-bolt.
