PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print a distribution document for each distribution target in easy-to-understand content matching the level of the distribution target and in an easy-to-read format.

SOLUTION: In a host terminal 10, a document conversion control information management TB 131 holds document conversion control information including character size information representing character sizes in association with grades. At a printing instruction for document information specifying a certain grade, a document conversion processing part 143 converts the document information into document information using characters corresponding to the character size information held in the document conversion control information management TB 131 in association with the grade and using lines fed at the number of characters corresponding to the character size information, and a print job generation part 142 instructs a printer 20 to print a document using characters sized for the specified grade in school and using lines fed at the number of characters corresponding to the character size according to the converted document information.
