PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide which excels in shape accuracy and long-term reliability and ensures a small waveguide loss. SOLUTION: The optical waveguide has a core layer and a cladding layer formed by laminating, on the core layer wherein at least the core layer is made of a cured product of a photosensitive resin composition for an optical waveguide comprising (A) a polymer having a radically polymerizable functional group, wherein a number average molecular weight of the polymer divided by the number of moles of the radically polymerizable functional group is≥3,000, (B) a (meth)acrylate having a specific structure and (C) a radical photopolymerization initiator.
