<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for pasting, suitable for pasting an adhesive sheet on an adherent, which adhesive sheet is formed by intermittent cut. <P>SOLUTION: A adhesive sheet S2 is formed by forming an adhesive agent layer A on one side of a sheet substrate S1 and forming intermittent cuts 11 along almost closed loop-like tracks and with a predetermined spaces. The outside of the adhesive sheet S2 is formed as a needless part S3 and, on the needless part S3, tear parts 12 following to the cuts 11 are formed. When pasting the adhesive sheet S2 on a wafer W or the like, by expanding the pasting sheet S to the cross direction outside to make the tear parts 12 to be tone, non-cut parts 11B forming the intermittent cuts 11 are cut in, and the adhesive sheet S2 is separated from the needless part S3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
