PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a pixel electrode, wherein the connection electrode is formed with its width as narrow as possible and a break of a connection electrode can be prevented without increasing its thickness.

SOLUTION: The pixels electrode 8 is composed of two sub-pixels 8a, 8b. The respective sub-pixels are electrically connected to each other with a connecting portion 8c having a width narrower than those of the sub-pixels 8a, 8b. A reinforcing conductive film 13 electrically connected to the connecting portion 8c is formed on the connecting portion 8c.
