PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project an image of special importance at such timing as required independent of order while executing a simple presentation function that sequentially projects a series of images. SOLUTION: A projection system comprises a projection lens 12 and a micro mirror element 26 which forms an optical image corresponding to the input image signal and emits it. In a control part 34, among a plurality of image signals input in continuation, the one of which a specified condition is met at projection operation (for example, the one of longest projection hours) is discriminated, and the image signal for which the specified condition is judged to be satisfied is stored in an image storing part 35. The signal from a key switch part 15 that instructs projection of a stored image signal is received, and the image signal is read out of the image storing part 35 and then projected through a projection system instead of an input image signal.
