PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor for a hybrid vehicle capable of ensuring retaining of a rotor body at a rotor hub and improving output performance of an electric motor with a simple structure without enlarging the electric motor in an axial direction. SOLUTION: A pressure contact part 28b is extended from a disc part 28a of a second flux cut-off disc 28 constituted by a non-magnetic body of which the coefficient of thermal expansion is higher than that of a rotor hub 26 to bring the pressure contact part 28b into pressure contact with an inner-periphery of a cylindrical part 36. It is thus possible to firmly press the pressure contact part 28b into an inner-periphery of the cylindrical part 36 even when the second flux cut-off disc 28 is thermally expanded by heat from an engine 10 as well as during a cold state, thus attaining both of a function for preventing flux leak from an edge surface of a rotor body 25 and a function for preventing the rotor body 25 from falling off from the rotor hub 26 by the second flux cut-off disc 28.
