PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make stable pressure act on a brush by forming the presser arm of a tortional spring into such shape that it does not require bending processing. SOLUTION: The brush 8 is provided with a protuburance 8c which projects in crest form in the opposite direction from the direction where it is pressed by the torsional spring 7. The presser arm 7b extended from the coil 7a of the torsional spring 7 is brought into contact with the apex of the protuberance 8c so that it may cross the ridge of the protuberance 8c.
