PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device for a vehicle capable of properly setting a sound by a cooperation with an external sound-source device and the external sound-source device. SOLUTION: The acoustic device (3003) for the vehicle is configured in a communicable manner with the external sound-source device (100). The acoustic device (3003) for the vehicle has a sound output means (304) outputting the sound and sound-setting determining means (302 and 303) determining the sound setting of the sound output means on the basis of the sound-setting information of the external sound-source device acquired by a communication with the external sound-source device.
