PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical test strip and a related system and method. SOLUTION: The analytical test strip for determining an analyte in a bodily fluid sample includes a substrate layer, the electroluminescent module disposed in the substrate layer, the sample chamber disposed above the substrate layer and configured for receiving a bodily fluid sample and the fluorescence probe-containing photometric enzymatic reagent disposed in the sample chamber. The electroluminescent module is set to an optical communication state with respect to the sample chamber and configured to emit light for accelerating the fluorescent chemical reaction caused by the fluorescence probe-containing photometric enzymatic reagent and the analyte.
