PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant recovering device capable of preventing a temperature rise in a recovering vessel by restraining sudden adsorption and heat generation of a refrigerant, and improving the safety and work efficiency of a worker. SOLUTION: This refrigerant recovering device for recovering the refrigerant from a recovered device, comprises the recovering vessel 20 receiving an adsorbent 22 for adsorbing the refrigerant, and a pressure reducing vessel 10 for reducing a pressure of the refrigerant sent from the recovered device. As the recovered device and the recovering vessel 20 are connected through the pressure-reduced vessel 10 between the recovered device and the recovering vessel 20, the pressure-reduced refrigerant is gradually adsorbed to the adsorbent received in the recovering vessel 20, sudden adsorption and heat generation of the refrigerant are restrained, and the temperature rise of the recovering vessel 20 can be prevented.
