PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure supply device supplying negative pressure of ample magnitude quickly and more positively, and a control device for the negative pressure supply device supplying negative pressure of ample magnitude quickly and more positively when a control system of a throttle valve driven by electronic control fails. SOLUTION: The negative pressure supply device 30 supplying negative pressure from an intake passage of an intake system 10 for an internal combustion engine 50 wherein a throttle valve 13a and an air flow control valve 58 are arranged, comprises: a first passage 32a communicating to the intake passage downstream side of the throttle valve 13a and upstream side of the air flow control valve 58; a second passage 32b communicating to the intake passage downstream side of the air flow control valve 58; and a solenoid valve 31 connecting or disconnecting the first and second passages 32a, 32b so that negative pressure is fed through either passage of the first and second passages 32a, 32b.
