PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible safety apparatus, protecting drop of a bolt and a nut during the work for attaching and detaching main frame materials to safely perform work. SOLUTION: In this safety apparatus, the base ends of the paired main frame material 3, 3 are rotatably attached to a temporary scaffold 2 through a mounting bracket 12, the main frame materials 3 are supported to obliquely project upward from the temporary scaffold 2, and a panel 6 is disposed in a frame F formed by connecting the ends of the paired main frame materials 3, 3. In the mounting bracket 12, a plurality of pin holes 16a, 16b, 16c are pierced, bolt penetration holes 17a, 17b, 17c are formed right under the pin holes, respectively, communicating holes 18 allowing a bolt 20 to move laterally are formed between these bolt penetration holes, and a pin-bolt-nut set 15, which is composed of a main frame material fitting pin 19, the bolt 20, the nut 21, and a connecting member 22, and which is so constructed that a shaft part 20b where the nut 21 can be slid is formed on the tip side of the bolt 20, is provided on the mounting bracket.
