PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water saving valve which is integrated by screwing an external thread into an internal one, which can be installed only by being fitted into the internal channel of a faucet etc., and which is not disassembled because the external and internal threads are put into an unscrewed state by being affected by water flowing through the channel during the passage of the water. SOLUTION: This water saving valve is integrated by screwing the male threads 2b and 3a as left-hand threads into the female thread 4c. Thus, the water saving valve is composed of a plurality of members 2, 3 and 4 which form an inflow passage 2c, retention portions 4d and 4e having a diameter larger than that of the inflow passage 2c and communicating with the inflow passage 2c, and an outflow passage 3b communicating with the retention portions 4d and 4e.
