PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a side wall of a storage chamber communicated with the end part of a conveyance pipe by abutment on a free end of a rotatingly extended conveyance spring, in a game medium conveyance device for conveying game media by rotating the spiral conveyance spring in the conveyance pipe. SOLUTION: The inside of the side wall 30b of the storage chamber 30 communicated with the end part of the conveyance pipe 12 is provided with an abutment body 36, when being pushed by abutting on the free end 13a of the rotatingly extended conveyance spring 13, rotating along with the conveyance spring 13 and protecting the side wall 30b.
