A network managing system for completing customized operation automatically and a method thereof, the system (1) includes: a task pool (4) for storing task group (5) defined by a user (2), and a task center (3) for executing and managing the task group (5). The method includes the following steps: the user (2) defines a task group (5) and sends it to the task center (3); the task center (3) receives the task group (5) defined by the user (2), the task pool (4) stores the task group (5); the task center (3) begins to function when it detects that there is task group (5) satisfying the trigger condition in the task pool (4). The present invention provides a method for completing customized operation automatically to base station subsystem BSS and switch subsystem MSS in the mobile communication system, and provides a suit of convenient, flexible, effective operation and maintenance technique for starting new stations, updating old stations, and locating failures in mobile communication system. Especially in the case of nobody is in charge, the user can set tasks in advance, which overcomes mostly the problem in the prior art that needs manual interference frequently.
