A medical skin cooling device is provided to cool the treatment part of the skin fast and effectively, and to perform an operation related to skin treatment more efficiently by convenient handling. A medical skin cooling device includes: a tip(10) coming in contact with the skin; a peltier element for maintaining the tip in a low temperature state while coming in contact with the tip using a low temperature part; a power supply part for supplying a power source to the peltier element; and a housing(13) for receiving the tip, peltier element, and power supply device.
