The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a vacuum cleaner as shown in solid lines in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the vacuum cleaner are an angled bracket-like portion situated to the rear of the collection chamber; the upper surface of the lower portion of the bracket-like member has a raised area thereon with bevelled side edges and a flat top surface which merges into an upwards and forwards extending handle-like area which has a generally rectangular cross-section; the bracket-like portion has flat, generally parallel side edges and a rounded rear edge; the lower portion of the bracket-like member merges into the upper portion of the bracket-like member through a curved corner area.
