<p>Pre-treating, reprocessing or recycling of waste thermoplastic plastic material in any form, comprises heating the plastic material in at least a receiving container or a reactor under constant mixing or stirring and/or comminuting at a temperature below the melting temperature, preferably over the glass transition temperature of the plastic material and simultaneously crystallizing, drying and/or purifying the plastic material, where at least one rotatable comminuting or mixing tool is used for mixing and/or heating the plastic materials.
