<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display panel wherein contact properties between a terminal for inspection and a probe is made satisfactory by heightening the height of the terminal for inspection and to provide the liquid crystal display panel. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel is provided with a film 62a made of a first conductive material, a first insulating film 63, a film 34b made of a semiconductor material, a second conductive film 32a, a second insulating film 39 and a first terminal 67 for inspection electrically connected to the first conductive film 62a via a first contact hole 66 which are sequentially formed in a position where the first terminal for inspection is formed. The liquid crystal display panel is further provided with a film 34c made of a semiconductive material, a film 64a made of a second conductive material, the second insulating film 39 and a second terminal 69 for inspection electrically connected to the film 64a made of the second conductive material via a second contact hole 68 which are sequentially formed on the first insulating film 63 in a position where the second terminal for inspection is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
