PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a tire with enhanced noise performance. SOLUTION: In the molding and vulcanizing method of the tire, a tire blank is placed in a curing press. The press has a mold giving an outer shape of the tire and a means transmitting shaping pressure and heat necessary for vulcanizing the inner side of the tire blank. In the molding and vulcanizing steps, an elastic removable membrane 2 having holes 21 is interposed between the inner surface of the tire and a curing membrane, and protrusions 11 composed of the component material of the inner wall of the tire flowing through the holes are formed by distributing and covering the inner surface of the tire 1.
