PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new remedy and/or prophylactic for adenovirus infectious disease by searching substance effective to a virus causing common cold from pharmaceutical ingredients. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the anti-adenovirus agent containing tranexamic acid or its salts and to the remedy and/or prophylactic containing the tranexamic acid or its salts for adenovirus infectious disease. The tranexamic acid or its salt has an excellent anti-adenovirus effect, and has an excellent prophylactic and/or therapeutic effect on the adenovirus infectious disease.
