SOLID-STATE IMAGING APPARATUS AND IMAGING APPARATUS PROVIDED WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus capable of performing forward and backward charge transfer driving without deteriorating horizontal transfer efficiency in the solid-state imaging apparatus provided with a horizontal transfer part of a four-phase structure. SOLUTION: AlthoughϕH1 andϕH2 are almost of the same phase,ϕH1 andϕH2 are set such that rising timing is slightly different from falling timing in horizontal transfer driving of a horizontal transfer part of the solid-state imaging apparatus provided with a transfer gate of transfer gates H1 to H4 to which a signal is independently applied. Although a relation betweenϕH3 andϕH4 is the same as that ofϕH1 andϕH2, the relation betweenϕH3 andϕH4 is set so as to be antiphase to a set ofϕH1 andϕH2. Difference is provided such that falling timing from a high level to a low level is respectively later inϕH2 than inϕH1, and inϕH4 than inϕH3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
