PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the waiting time of a user in photographing when generating a composited image. SOLUTION: A photographing control section 62 photographs an object based on the value of a photographing parameter. A recording control section 63 records an original image obtained by photographing and an image for processing in a built-in memory. A preparation section 64 prepares management information managing the original image and the image for processing. The recording control section 63 also records the management information in the built-in memory. A composite section 76 composites the original image read from the built-in memory and the image for processing to generate a composited image when an operation mode is a reproduction one for reproducing an image.
