PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric element in which a high frequency noise is reduced by reducing an inductance. SOLUTION: In the electric element of a rectangular shape which is composed of a multilayered body obtained by overlapping a dielectric layer and a conductive layer, an inverted heading current is flown into the upper and lower conductive layer, whereby a self-inductance is reduced by utilizing an offset of a magnetic field and an ESL is reduced thereby to reduce the high frequency noise. Also, a different member is used for the conductive layer, and a border-line part is formed to reflect a high frequency, and the high frequency which becomes a noise source is not flown from a power source or is not returned to the power source side.
